During the day I work as a technology consultant. But during the magnetic nights of NYC I love curating food tours for my friends, or cooking traditional Pakistani dishes that my mom taught me growing up and getting people to try them out. I love understanding the history behind the foods because they tell our stories in a very beautiful and satisfying way.
In college I majored in Electrical Engineer, and transitioned to Management of Technology for my masters. It was in graduate school that I stumbled upon the design thinking process and human centered design by taking my first class with Anne-Laure Fayard (Side note: I loved it so much, I ended up taking the class three during the two years of graduate school).
My current objective is to be part of an innovation lab that can bring Human Centered Design to an industry that needs it with people who love food as much as I do.
